We’ve invested heavily in leading-edge data capabilities and we’re looking for a results-oriented Customer Insight Analyst to join the team to drive value from our marketing activity and to bring insight to life for our teams.
How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
You’ll report into the Lead Insight Analyst and play a key role in working with marketing teams to understand their goals and then deliver analysis projects to help them meet their objectives.
Making smarter use of data and insight is a strategic priority for Worldpay and you will have many opportunities to show how robust insight can deliver tangible business value.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
You’ll need to be passionate about insight and relish the opportunity to translate what marketing teams need into tangible outputs from the data. We are looking for at least 2 years’ experience of hands-on delivery of analysis projects in a B2C or B2B marketing environment. SQL skills are essential however and you must be very comfortable with querying, extracting and transforming data sets.
Strong communication and influencing skills are also core to this role as you’ll be expected to support a number of different teams, all with different needs and timescales for delivery. What would set you apart is experience of working on customer segmentation projects in a B”B environment.
