How will you add value on a day-today basis?

Based in our London office you will identify the key deliverables and requirements of CRM consolidation projects. This involves producing the project definition documents and defining the resourcing plans and their scope to time, cost and quality. You will proactively engage with internal and external project stakeholders and manage project checkpoints on a day-to-day basis. You will report issues and correct and escalate them while providing quality communications and visibility across the project. In order to encourage collaboration you will establish tools and delivery dashboards as well as organise meetings and record meeting minutes.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You have excellent project planning and organisation skills. You are passionate about building productive relationships and sharing knowledge from insights that you identify. You enjoy making pro-active suggestions for improvements and are a great communicator who understands technical system languages and creates clear charts. You deliver compelling and well-structured presentations with enthusiasm and are confident speaking in meetings and open forums. You pride yourself in taking ownership and motivating others through your creativity and thought leadership. Ideally you will have had CRM/Salesforce and/ or Marketo migration experience.
