How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

The Tokyo office is part of our APAC region and you’ll be a key part of our business, supporting our corporate customers in Retail, Digital & Travel verticals. You help these businesses manage their day to day queries, build great relationships and uncover opportunities to add true service value. You will be dealing with a variety of customer queries and you will be delivering outstanding customer service over the phone, email and on occasions in a face-to-face capacity. Providing proactive and knowledgeable support, you will act as a single point of contact for a designated portfolio of corporate clients and become a key ambassador for Worldpay!

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You will have experience in a customer / account / support role, where you have strengthened relationships and dealt with customer queries. Preferably you will have worked in a technical environment, where complex customer queries were the norm. You will have excellent communication skills and a unique selling point about you! Because you’ll be working in a vibrant part of the business we would expect you to bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to the team. You have business level Japanese language skills and good English communication skills, also in writing.
