Research and Data Entry Assistant ( 6 month FTC)

Research and Data Entry Assistant ( 6 month FTC)

Why are we recruiting this role?

Worldpay colleagues require access to market and customer insights in order to make informed, strategic business decisions. Currently, Heritage Vantiv and Heritage Worldpay have two different document repositories to house research reports used by various departments (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Product, etc.).  This role is needed to consolidate and transition nearly 2000 documents from the UK Sharepoint site to the US Savo (SaleSource) site for consistency and accessibility by Worldpay colleagues. This role will also continue to add new resources to the Savo database/site.

Additionally, the Market Intelligence team receives ongoing requests for information, statistics and trends that require secondary research (internet and other sources) to answer Worldpay colleagues’ questions about the payments industry, consumer behaviour and merchant behaviour.

How will you add value?

Based in our vibrant office in the heart of the City of London you will act as an administrator for Heritage Worldpay’s current SAVO research document platform. In this 6 months assignment you will be responsible for storage of current documents and uploading new documents. You will also be reviewing meta tags, adding one-off tags as necessary and maintaining integrity, timeliness and relevance of all documents. We would like you to move documents from legacy repository from Heritage Worldpay (on SharePoint) to the SAVO platform. You will respond to internal ad hoc requests acting as the “first line of defence” for internal questions or searches and requests for one-off stats.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

As this is an entry level role we would encourage graduates with relevant work experience to apply. Ideally you will have document management and SharePoint experience. Most importantly you will be a quick learner and tech savvy. Your great communication skills will help you in collaborating with various Worldpay colleagues. You are also comfortable and competent with desktop research. You like to work on a variety of projects and priorities at once and are detailed oriented, but can also see the big picture. Any familiarity with data visualization such as infographics would be great but is not essential.

Why Worldpay?
