60% of customers don’t contact our Help Desk so we need a proactive team to ensure we can nurture these customers. The Business Advisor team will intelligently manage a variety of campaigns to ensure we maximise the accounts our customers have with us. 

As a Business Advisor you will be empowered to serve the customer using data to identity new sales opportunities and proactive support with any serve related queries to ensure they are happy with their Worldpay experience.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

An Outbound Customer Loyalty Agent is responsible for handling outbound calls to existing Worldpay Customers. An Outbound Agent will talk to the customer to better identify customer need and talk the customer through any service issues or identify ways in which Worldpay could help support their business.

As an Outbound Customer Loyalty Agent you will be an advocate of customer experience while still adding value by promoting the products and services that Worldpay can provide to enable business growth, discuss pricing rates available to the customer in line with Worldpay Pricing Policy and terminal hire contracts suitable to customer’s requirements. The agent will be responsible for improving the way in which their customers works with Worldpay while maximising business profits in line with business targets.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

We will look to you to handle outbound and inbound calls to existing Worldpay Customers while working through a number of campaigns. You will support the customer experience by identifying customer needs and being proactive in offering solutions for the customer.

If you are thinking of applying for this role, you will need excellent communication skills as you will talk the customer through the benefits of Worldpay’s products and services, open sales opportunities which should be achieved by solution based selling and educating the customer. First call resolution is our aim so you must think outside the box and be a problem solver however you are required to take ownership of your calls therefore you will manage your workload and customers through to resolution. You will work closely with Support the Marketing team by providing open feedback on campaign and customers to ensure continuous improvement.

 

Working as a member of the team is imperative to the success of this pilot outbound team.
