Our vibrant team provide P2PE PED management support services for large corporate customers. (Large Corporate customers are defined as those with a card turnover of greater than £10m per annum).

We provide Worldpay Total helpdesk and support services for all SME, and small and large corporate customers. Responsible primarily for helping our customers get up and running using Worldpay products and services. Over the past few years this business unit has grown significantly and this new position represents an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution to an already fantastic team.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

As an Implementation Manager we’ll look to you to deliver on Projects which will impact or affect WPT / P2PE Corporate Customers their associated partners.

You will ensure all processes and procedures are drafted, communicated and implemented effectively to all teams affected prior to implementation. The successful candidate will communicate with all key stakeholders to ensure they are engaged and updated regularly.  Attendance at internal project working groups representing WPT / P2PE Support will be a key part of your role.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

The successful candidate will have experience of delivering operational results and targets.

 The deadlines are tight and the pace is fast so excellent knowledge of payment products and previous management experience is essential.

 We will look to you to build exceptional internal and external stakeholder relationships, provide your team with the tools they need maximize skills and effort. You’ll need to be passionate about our Customers and get a buzz for problem solving!
